Talent Acquisition Specialist

Trident Trading Co is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its human resources team in Ajman. This is a key role supporting continued growth across the UAE and wider region, working alongside experienced regional specialists in a fast-moving environment.

• Own day-to-day talent acquisition specialist deliverables and reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to company standards
• Support continuous improvement of processes and tools
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and onboarding

• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the GCC
• Master's Degree in a related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of Recruitment, Emiratisation
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
