Customer Service Representative

Etihad Aero Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join its customer service team in Abu Dhabi. This is a key role supporting continued growth across the UAE and wider region, working alongside experienced regional specialists in a fast-moving environment.

• Own day-to-day customer service representative deliverables and reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to company standards
• Support continuous improvement of processes and tools
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and onboarding

• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the GCC
• Diploma in a related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of Customer Support, Zendesk
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
