10 CV tips that work with UAE employers

UAE hiring managers review hundreds of CVs per vacancy, so clarity beats decoration. Lead with a two-line professional summary that names your role, years of experience and current location.
Always state your visa status and notice period. This is the single most common reason UAE recruiters set a CV aside, because they cannot judge how quickly you can start.
Quantify achievements. Instead of 'handled accounts', write 'managed month-end close for 3 entities, reducing reporting time by 4 days'.
Keep the CV to two pages, use a clean single-column layout, and export as PDF so formatting survives applicant tracking systems.
